Buckwheat with chicken in the oven is perfect for all family members. Cooking this particular version of porridge is easy. In the oven, it will turn out to be crumbly and incredibly tasty, and chicken juice will give buckwheat an additional bright aroma and taste. Among other things, it is worth adding some vegetables here - carrots and onions. In general, in fact, the simpler the composition of the dish, the tastier it will be in the end.

Ingredients:

Buckwheat - 1 glass

Chicken steaks - 2 pcs.

Water - 2 glasses

Carrots - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Granulated garlic - 1 tsp

Prepare all foods. Use fresh and chilled chicken steaks, it is better to leave frozen aside. Rinse and dry the meat.

Buckwheat should also be rinsed well. It is better to do this several times under running cool water.

The oven can be warmed up immediately by setting the temperature to 180 degrees. Pour the prepared cereals into a ceramic container.

Peel and wash the carrots, cut into bars and spread over the buckwheat.

Then add the onion slices: peel the head, cut into half rings, scatter over the carrots.
