You say that there can not be a spaghetti and lose weight? Do not believe it!
I often eat spaghetti with different sauces (which I prepare myself) and it did not prevent me to lose weight is already 51 kg.
Let's cook a delicious spaghetti with chicken breast in a creamy sauce and enjoy the taste.
For food we need for 1 serving (grams pointing to those who believe KBZHU):
- 100 grams of chicken breast - 1 small chicken fillet,
- spaghetti durum wheat - 40 g (I spelled spaghetti)
- low fat cheese - 30 grams,
- cream 10% 30-50 ml.
- salt, ground black pepper, turmeric, herbs Greece (or any favorite dried herbs)
- 3 g of garlic - 1 clove.
- a drop of olive oil.
- greens, if desired.
We proceed to the preparation.
The first thing fry in a nonstick frying pan with chopped garlic on a drop of olive oil.
Then add the chicken breast chopped.
Chicken breast, salt, pepper to taste, add a pinch of turmeric and herbs.
Simultaneously with the preparation of chicken boil the pasta in salted water until half.
When the chicken breast is almost ready, add to the pan of 30-50 ml cream 10% and as much boiled water.
Cheese rub on a coarse grater and half of the cheese into the pan to send the chicken breast.
you can add fresh herbs if desired.
Boiled until soft spaghetti send to the pan for the chicken breast and bring to readiness.
Spaghetti soaked in cream sauce, and excess liquid should evaporate.
