"Topsy-turvy" meat. First I cook, then pickle

Why "Topsy-turvy"? Because first I cook the meat, and only then marinate. How tasty and juicy it is, I won't even tell you. This is definitely worth a try! And most importantly, no one believes that it is cooked at home!

At first, the meat was baked in the oven, lightly coated with oil. No salt and no spices! At 250 degrees - 15 minutes, then until tender at 180 degrees. I showed in detail how to check if the meat is ready here:

Now I'm preparing the marinade. Here's what you need:

• Teriyaki sauce - 4 tbsp.
• Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
• Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
• Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
• Granulated garlic - 1.5 tsp.
• Dry thyme - 1 tsp.
• Salt

I pour the marinade on the still hot meat, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for three days. If you need it very urgently, you can use a vacuum device - then it's ready in a day.
