Today I cook delicious thin pancakes with kefir!
The most successful and simple recipe for very tasty, soft, delicate pancakes in a hole :) Great for both sweet and not sweet fillings.
I pour 500 ml of kefir into a bowl, fat content 3.2%.
I drive in two large eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
I add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
I need 2 glasses of flour, 160 g each, in my photo the glasses are not standard.
I add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to the flour, mix it right in a glass.
I send flour with soda to kefir and knead the dough.
Then I send the second glass. I continue to stir with a whisk.
When the dough is thick, the lumps are easily and quickly broken with a whisk. The result is an absolutely homogeneous dough.
I pour in 250 ml of boiling water and mix quickly.
Last but not least, I add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Once again I mix everything thoroughly and the pancake dough is ready!
For the first pancake, I greased a preheated pan with vegetable oil, then I won't. Pour a ladle of dough and distribute over the pan.
I put it on the fire and watch how holes form :)
Literally a minute and the pancake is browned, I turn it over. I fry another half a minute on the other side.
The pancakes are very tasty, tender and soft! Try to cook!
