This salad of green beans please even those who does not love her. It's just unreal yummy! Be sure to try it, and it will be your favorite recipe!
Ingredients:
Beans - 300gr
Olive oil (can substitute sunflower) - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Apple vinegar, 6% - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tsp
Sesame - 3-4 tablespoons
Ground black pepper to taste
This salad can be prepared from both fresh and frozen green beans. Cook it for 7-8 minutes, then leans colander and washed with cold water.
Until cooked beans, a dry frying pan fry the sesame seeds, stirring constantly. Once sesame become golden brown - remove from heat.
Prepare dressing for our salad. Mix apple cider vinegar, oil, soy sauce, pepper and sugar. I do not add salt to the dressing, soy sauce and so salty. But if the salt is not enough for you, then of course add. If you like spicy, you can add a clove of garlic, squeezed through a press.
Now, mix the beans, and sesame dressing. Remove the salad in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, it should be insisted that the beans soaked dressing. Very tasty turned out, enjoy your meal!
