Delicious and unusual Dutch waffles. Why I don’t know the Dutch, they were written down under that name in my mother’s culinary notebook. The unusualness of such waffles in the dough, if you have not tried baking like this, and I am sure that many of these wafers have not yet tried, I highly recommend it, because it is very, very tasty.

Recipe:

butter -180g

flour -400-450g

sugar -150g

egg -1pc

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

milk -60 g

raw yeast -20g (or dry -10g)

COOKING METHOD

And so, to begin with, let's melt 1 pack of butter, I have 180 grams of letting the butter cool down a little.

While the butter is cooling, pour milk into a bowl and add 1 tbsp of sugar and add 20 grams of raw yeast or dry 10 grams, mix and let stand for 10 minutes to make sure that the yeast is working. and now, when the butter is no longer so hot, add 150g sugar, half a tsp salt. and break the eggs. Now pour the yeast that has come up to the butter with eggs, mix and add 400 grams of flour. The dough should turn out to be soft, you may need a little more flour, put it back in the bowl and let it stand for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

Now we take and roll balls of dough, ve. A ball at your discretion, depending on what size you want waffles, I have 20 grams each. We take the waffle iron. I bake in a multi-baker, install panels for thin waffles, heat up, I grease for the first waffle, then I don't. We put one bun in a multi-baker, press and bake until tender, so we bake all the waffles.

You can bake 2 of these wafers at once. This is how they are beautiful and very tasty. Z
