Preparing a roll with cottage cheese cream and condensed milk is quite simple. It is only important to observe all the nuances of making biscuit dough.

Ingredients:

Biscuit:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 100 g
  • sugar - 80 g

Filling:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 150 g
  • butter - 100 g

Chocolate glaze:

  • dark chocolate - 30 g
  • cream 10% (milk) - 1 tsp l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, prepare the biscuit dough.
Break 4 eggs into a bowl, dividing them into yolk and white.

2. Begin to beat the whites and gradually add 80 g of sugar. Beat until firm, stable foam, this is very important for biscuit dough.

3. Add the yolks to the whipped whites one at a time without stopping whipping. Beat until smooth.

4. Add flour to the beaten eggs in three approaches, be sure to sift it through a sieve. Gently mix the dough with a spatula. After kneading, the dough should remain airy and light.

5. Put the finished dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We distribute it on parchment paper in the form of a rectangle.
We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 12 minutes. Be careful not to overdry the biscuit.

6. Take the biscuit out of the oven and immediately transfer it to a towel. Remove the parchment paper from the biscuit. Turn over and roll the biscuit together with the towel into a roll again. We leave it in this form to cool.

7. While the roll is cooling, prepare the filling.
Pour 200 g of cottage cheese into a bowl and put 150 g of boiled condensed milk. Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Take cottage cheese from a natural and trusted manufacturer. It so happens that the cottage cheese from condensed milk becomes very liquid, which means that it is not natural.

8. Separately put 100 g of soft, but not melted butter in a bowl. Beat a little.

9. To the whipped butter, gradually, in small portions, add the curd mass without stopping whipping.
The cream is ready.

10. The biscuit is cold. Unwind it and remove it from the towel. Put the prepared cream on the biscuit. Spread the cream evenly over the entire surface of the biscuit.

11. Gently roll the biscuit into a roll. You need to roll up tightly, but without squeezing it, so as not to squeeze out the cream.
We wrap the finished roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, so that the cream solidifies and stabilizes.

12. Preparing chocolate icing to decorate the roll. Put 30 g of chocolate in a bowl and add about 1 tsp to it. l. cream with a fat content of 10%. Cream can be replaced with milk.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 10 seconds, stirring each time.

13. When half of the chocolate has melted, stop heating it and just stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Transfer the resulting chocolate icing to a culinary bag.

14. The roll has already been infused, we remove the film from it. Decorate the roll with the prepared glaze.
Let the glaze freeze and cut the roll into portioned pieces.
