Ingredients: frozen spinach, Adyghe cheese, hard cheese, sesame, black sesame, salt, ground black pepper, curry, yeast-free puff pastry (2 layers)

Cooking method:

Defrost, squeeze the spinach from moisture, drain the liquid.

Add 2 types of grated cheese, a pinch of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of curry to the spinach. We mix.

Each sheet of dough is rolled out a little and cut lengthwise into 4 identical strips. There will be 8 parts in total.

On each strip, spread the filling evenly along the entire length and pinch the strips with your fingers. Hands should be dry, you can sprinkle with flour. We fill the filling inside so that we get 8 sausages.

We spread our sausages on a baking sheet with a seam down, starting from the middle. We fasten them together. To make the cake better browned - grease with sweet water or an egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to decorate.

We send it to the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes, then for another 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Adjust the baking time according to your oven. When the cake is browned, it is ready.
