Potato patties (potato Zrazy), they are called Zrazy. Insanely delicious dish. They are affordable, quickly prepared and, most importantly, delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes -800gr.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 / 2ch.l.
- Seasoning for potatoes - 1 / 3ch.l.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Filling:
- Minced - 300 gr.
- Onion - 1 piece.
- Seasoning for meat - 1 / 3ch.l.
- Seasonings - to taste
- (I have dried onion,
- Basil, garlic, dried tomatoes)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 / 3ch.l.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs - for deboning
- COOKING METHOD

Potatoes 800 grams cleanse, add half a teaspoon of salt, fill with water and put to boil until ready.
Until potatoes are cooked prepare the stuffing. Finely cut onion on the frying pan pour a little vegetable oil and fry the onions until translucent, add 300 g of minced beef with my chicken fry to evaporate the liquid. Add salt, seasonings, flavoring meat. Mix the filling is ready. Potatoes merge and remember it and leave to cool.
Potatoes cool break 1 egg, add a little black pepper, 1/3 tsp. Seasonings for potato. And stirred.
