"Favorite" zucchini snack. Not a single season of zucchini is complete without this dish. You can cook a larger part at once, serve it hot, and what remains to be put in the refrigerator will even be even tastier the next.

young zucchini -4pcs
salt - to taste
garlic -4-5 teeth
dill -1 bunch
mayonnaise -200g
Homemade mayonnaise:
vegetable oil - 150ml
egg -1pc
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
sugar -1 / 4 tsp
lemon juice -1 tbsp
mustard -1 / 2 tsp
COOKING METHOD
Young zucchini, 4 pieces of mine, cut into circles. If the zucchini is no longer young, you need to peel the skin and remove the seeds.
At this stage, I am not salting. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put the zucchini and fry on both sides until golden brown.
So we fry all the zucchini.
Now let's prepare the sauce. You can already take ready-made mayonnaise, I'm making homemade today.
Pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg so that the yolk is whole, lower the blender into the yolk and beat until thickening for 15-20 seconds, now add salt 1/3 tsp., 1/4 tsp. sugar, add 1/2 tsp. mustard and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, we break through everything again blender.
Mayonnaise is ready, if you take ready-made mayonnaise, you need 200g.
Cut the garlic 4-5 cloves into small cubes.
Chop the dill finely.
Add garlic and dill to mayonnaise, mix.
We take a suitable container, put a layer of zucchini, add some salt and coat with sauce, a layer of zucchini, add some salt, sauce and so on.
We put it in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or leave it overnight so that the zucchini is brewed or served warm, everything is for everyone here.
