Cakes "Miracle" without rolling the dough

Today I want to share a recipe for thin "Miracle" flat cakes with filling without kneading and rolling the dough. They are prepared literally in 10 minutes, you do not need to knead the dough and roll it out, but it turns out very tasty.

Recipe:

lavash 180 g - 2pcs

butter - to taste

For filling:

cottage cheese -500g

green onions -1 bunch

eggs -2pcs

salt -1 / 2 tsp. (or to taste)

butter -40g

COOKING METHOD

Let's prepare the filling. Cut the green onion bunch, take 500 grams of cottage cheese, add the onion to the cottage cheese, break 2 eggs, pour in 40 ml of melted butter, salt to taste and mix. The filling is ready.

Now we take pita bread and cut it into pieces, I cut one pita bread weighing 180 grams into 4 parts. You can adjust the size yourself, it all depends on your pan.
We take the workpiece in one half, put the filling, distribute and cover with the other half, press it.
We take a frying pan, put the workpiece and fry in a dry frying pan on both sides over medium heat. Now remove from heat and grease the hot ones with melted butter on both sides.


So we fry all the cakes.


You can use different fillings, for example mashed potatoes with cheese.
