Of course, there is no exact recipe for classic cheeseburgers, but there are things that cannot be replaced, otherwise it definitely won't be the right cheeseburger. Let's start!
1. For classic cheeseburgers, we need beef (other types of meat will not work). We form cutlets by adding only salt and pepper. When shaping the meat, we use a couple of tricks. At first, the cutlet should be slightly larger than the roll in diameter, so that they are the same size after frying. 2. Fry cutlets should be no oil added over high heat.4 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other. When frying, we also use a trick - when the cutlets are turned over,
put cheese on them. Cheese is better to take processed squares with the taste of "cheeseburger". Also, you need to lightly fry the rolls with the inside in butter.3. The best option would be: a roll, ketchup, a cutlet with cheese, onions (preferably red, a couple of rings), sauce (1 part mustard, 2 parts mayonnaise), pickled cucumbers (3 circles), tomato (1 circle), lettuce and a roll.
