Cooking method:
Dough for decorative pancakes: mix milk, egg, salt and sugar. Pour in vegetable oil and sift flour. For color, add 2 tablespoons of beetroot juice. Mix everything thoroughly. Bake 3 pancakes.
Grate potatoes, eggs, beets, processed cheese and cucumber on a coarse grater. Squeeze all the juice from the cucumber. Cut the salmon into cubes.
Put the salad layers in a pastry ring: potatoes, salmon, processed cheese, eggs, cucumber and beets. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Put the salad in the refrigerator.
For decoration: grease the pancakes with a thin layer of sour cream and distribute the caviar evenly. Roll the pancake into a tube. Cut into 2-2.5 cm pieces. Press on the bar from below, form a bud.
