COOKING METHOD
And so we proceed, first we will do the dough, pour 300 ml of warm water into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. sugar, 25 grams of raw yeast, can be replaced with dry yeast, then 7-10 grams will be required.
Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to make sure the yeast works.
Now that we are convinced that the yeast is working, add 1 tsp. salt, 4 tablespoons Mix vegetable oil and add gradually sifted flour, I need 480 grams of flour.
We leave the dough to rise for about 1.5-2 hours, during which time the dough needs to be knocked out 1-2 times.
Let's prepare the filling.
Twist the meat, I have beef.
We measure 350 grams of minced meat, cut 3 onions into cubes, add to the minced meat, add half a tsp. salt, black pepper taste, pour in vegetable oil 3 tbsp. add some more sweet red paprika, you can add spices to taste, for example zira.
We mix everything for juiciness, pour in about 50 ml of water. the filling is ready.
The dough has already come, we transfer it to the table, crush it, divide it into parts, I divide it into 16 parts weighing 50 grams each.
We take one bun, roll it out with a rolling pin, put the minced meat and pinch the edges, collect it like a bun.
Now we take the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil, put the whites and fry until golden brown on both sides, our goal is not to bring it to readiness, but only to fry it on both sides.
We take a double boiler, put the fried whites, you can take a mantle cooker instead of a double boiler.
We put the trays on the steamer, set the time to 40 minutes and turn on. After 40 minutes is ready, you can take it out of the steamer and serve hot to the table. You can serve it as an independent dish or as a snack, I served it with sour cream. Juicy, soft and very tasty.
