Meat " rendezvous" in the oven for the festive table or just like that

Ingredients:

pork (chop)
onion
tomatoes
cheese
spicy dry herbs (dill, basil, etc.)
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Wash, dry and cut the carbonate into thin pieces, no more than 1 cm thick.

Lightly salt each piece, sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasonings. Basil is a must in this dish. And all other herbs and spices to taste.

2. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Spread pieces of carbonate on it.

3. Peel and cut onions into half rings. Purple is ideal as it is sweeter and more aromatic than regular white.

4. Arrange the onion half rings beautifully into pieces of meat.

5. Cut the tomatoes into slices or semicircles and place gently on top of the onion. Lightly salt and pepper the tomatoes, sprinkle with dry basil. If fresh basil is used, it is better to tear it with your hands and spread it over the tomatoes.

6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the tomatoes generously with it. We send everything to the oven for about 40-50 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

7. Willingness to determine by the golden crust and intolerable delicious aroma in the kitchen.

8. Turn off the oven and leave our rendezvous in it for another 10 minutes, so that all the shades of taste are gathered on your plate.
