✅👌 Almost no festive table is complete without such an appetizer as aspic. But it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare it.

Today I want to offer you a much simplified version of the preparation of aspic!

I will definitely prepare such an appetizer for the New Year: aspic - without any cooking and other hassle

✨Nothing needs to be cooked here, everything is amazingly simple and quick to prepare!

✨ Aspic is made from chicken and is complemented with any vegetables - it always turns out great.

✨Try it - I'm sure you will like it and want to have such a dish on your festive table! 🥰

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Chicken breast fillet - 400 g
Frozen vegetables - 6-8 tbsp l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Agar-agar - 15 g
Ground paprika - 1-1.5 tsp l.
Ground black pepper and other chicken spices - to taste
Water - 200 ml

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. If you have frozen fillets, I advise you to defrost them not to the end - this makes it easier to chop. Well, if it is chilled, of course, you do not need to specially freeze it. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add paprika, salt, pepper and other spices for flavor. I had dried green adjika. You can also take: turmeric, dill, garlic, Provencal herbs, oregano, rosemary, thyme, etc.

Mix well and add agar-agar. Unlike gelatin, it perfectly tolerates high temperatures, so your aspic will definitely solidify.

Mix again and add water. There should not be too much of it, but the pieces should be completely covered with liquid.

Now we take any suitable silicone molds for baking muffins (cupcakes), put some frozen vegetables in each cell. I have a mixture of corn, broccoli, bell peppers, green beans. You can take one thing. It turns out tasty, for example, with green peas.

Lay out the chicken on top and pour liquid over it (if left in a bowl).

And put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take out and add some hot water to each cell. Put the jellied one back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Now we finally take it out of the oven, cool it completely and put it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours so that the agar-agar starts working. When the aspic is completely solidified, take it out of the molds and serve. Garnish with herbs when serving.

The chicken is very juicy and tender, the vegetables are soft and tasty. Nourishing, and most importantly - very simple and fast.
