Today I want to share with you a recipe for a light fish salad with canned tuna.
Many people like to fish salads, but they are usually fairly high-calorie and mayonnaise.
And we will make you an easier option that perfectly fit in our diet.
Important in this salad - it is to choose a good and proven you canned tuna, which will be pleasant to taste.
We need:
- Bank of canned tuna - 150 g,
- cucumber - 190 g,
- Canned corn - 180 g,
- red onion - 55 g - 1 piece,
- egg - 4 units.
- 10% cream for refueling,
- a drop of mustard,
- salt, black pepper to taste, favorite herbs.
Ingredients are listed per serving for a family of 4 for 2 times approximately.

Cut the cucumber.
Onions finely chop.
Cut the eggs (I use yaytserezkoy).
Finely chop the greens - I chives.
Putting it all cut products in a bowl and mix. We leave a little greenery to decorate.
