Salad "Miller"

Ingredients:

300 gr. pickled mushrooms
200 gr. cheese
300 gr. boiled meat (chicken or beef)
2 pickles
2 carrots
4 eggs
300 gr. mayonnaise
greens

Preparation:

1. Boil the carrots, eggs and meat. All cool and finely chop. Best of all strips.

2. Cheese and cucumber grate.
2. Spread the salad layers, each lubricating mayonnaise. First spread out on a platter mushrooms, carrots, cheese, cucumber, meat and eggs on top.

To decorate use mushrooms, egg yolk and fresh herbs.

Salad "Surf"

Ingredients:

200 gr. smoked fish without bones and skin (herring, mackerel, herring or the like.)
200 gr. potato

100 gr. carrots in Korean
2 eggs
salt
pepper
mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and finely chop.

2. Onion cut into very thin strips and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the liquid and onions a little dry on a napkin.

3. The fish is to cut into fillets and chop into cubes. Can be replaced with crab sticks, boiled shrimp and seafood cocktails.

Salad "Prince" with nuts

Ingredients:

4 eggs
100 gr. cheese
300 gr. boiled beef
2 cucumber (fresh and savory)
1 clove of garlic
100 gr. walnut kernels
150 c. mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Boiled meat divided into fibers or cut into strips, season beef with mayonnaise.

2. Cucumber and boiled eggs grate. Peel the garlic and passed through the press.

3. Chopped walnuts and fry in a dry frying pan.

4. Mix the cucumber with garlic and mayonnaise.

5. Put the salad layers: meat, cucumbers, garlic, egg with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and walnuts. You can add olives or olives if desired.
