Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.

Every Friday I have a check-weigh. I weigh myself every week just to show you how the weight goes away (or is out of place) while losing weight. Otherwise, I would weigh myself once a month and live in peace.

I was not pleased with my Friday weigh-in, I will say right away and without prefaces. The weight did not change, the scales showed 73 kg.

The result of two weeks of our flash mob on the general weighing is only minus 600 g.

But the weight does not stand still, which is already pleasing. And then these plateaus are already tired (the last was in December - January).

Go over to my me for the day.

Breakfast - two flock eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (25 g) with cottage cheese (15 g) and fish paste (40 g).

During breakfast I drink vitamins and omega-3s.

Breakfast came out on 380 kcal.

After breakfast, I worked a little and had a snack at work with an orange (150 g) - 55 kcal

And during the day I ate 20 g of cashews - 130 kcal.

Friday and there is not much work, you can devote time to something else. And I decided to try making meringues. Never cooked meringue before, can you imagine?

A great idea - meringues for losing weight for tea!

The whites were beaten perfectly, laid out on the rug and sent to the oven. I observed everything - both temperature and time. I didn't open the oven.

Looked in about 20 minutes later - beauty, rose, baked. Came in 40 minutes - all my meringues fell off. When I got it out, I saw not a meringue, but rubber cakes)) Well, that's why ?!

But for the family, the cookies on the yolks turned out excellent). And I was left without a treat. Well, I will try again).

For lunch I have yesterday's potato soup with meatballs - 450 g of soup and 30 g of Darnitsa bread.

Lunch at 365 kcal.

After lunch I did a little work. Well, a little - until the evening. Including prepared and issued new recipes, so wait for the catalog replenishment next week.

For dinner I have bulgur (120 g boiled) and stewed chicken breast (200 g).

Dinner turned out to be 325 kcal.

For a day I did it - 1255 kcal. And I decided to get 45 kcal with dried mango with tea after dinner.

I don't forget about the drinking regimen. My water rate is now about 2.2 liters.
