Pie Delight and nothing else - This is UNREALY TASTY! In our family, this cake is adored by everyone, without exception. The dough here is so successful that everyone gets such a cake the first time. If you have not tried to cook it yet, then be sure to cook it, especially since it is prepared quite simply, see for yourself.

Recipe:

For the test:

Milk -300ml.

Dry yeast - 7g. (or raw 15g)

Sugar -100gr.

Eggs -2pcs

Butter -80 gr.

Flour -600g.

Vanillin - 1 pack

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

For filling:

Sugar -70g.

Cinnamon -16-40 gr

Chocolate -40 gr.

For the cream:

curd cheese -220g.

butter -60 gr.

icing sugar -70 gr.

COOKING METHOD

Let's start with the test. Pour 300 ml of warm milk into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. sugar and add dry yeast 1 pack, 8 grams in a pack, you can add raw then you need 15 grams. We leave in a warm place for 15 minutes so that the yeast starts working. Butter 80 gr, heat it up a little in a microwave oven or let it stand at room temperature.

Take another bowl, break 2 eggs, add 100 grams of sugar, add 1 pack of vanillin, and soft butter. Mix everything well with a whisk.

15 minutes have passed, the yeast has already begun to work, pour eggs with butter and sugar into them, add 1/3 tsp salt. and mix. Now gradually add flour and knead the dough.

The dough should be soft and slightly sticky to your hands. It took me 600 grams of flour. Place the dough in a bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place. It takes 1.5-2 hours. Let's prepare the filling.

Put 70 grams of sugar in a bowl and add 2 or 3 packs of cinnamon weighing 8 grams each, I add 2 packs and mix. Or you can take 2-3 packs of ready-made sugar with cinnamon.
We take a form, I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm, grease with butter. 2 hours have passed, the dough has already increased in volume, put it on the table sprinkled with flour and knead. Now we roll out the layer. Lubricate with melted butter about 30 grams.

And sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Now grate about 50 grams of chocolate. Do not sprinkle or grease one edge, so that later the roll is well fixed. We wrap the roll, pinch the edge. We cut the roll into washers. We put in a mold, now cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes for proofing.

During this time, the oven will just warm up and put it in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Be guided by your oven. During this time, we will prepare the cream. You need to get butter and curd cheese out of the refrigerator in advance so that they become soft.

Put 60 grams of butter, 220 grams of cream cheese and 70 grams of powdered sugar in a bowl, beat with a mixer until smooth. The cream is ready. As soon as the cake is ready, immediately grease it hot with cream and leave to cool.

And now, when the cake is ready, we tear off a piece and enjoy with tea. It's insanely delicious. My daughter is not a fan of cinnamon, but she eats such a cake with great pleasure.
