Good day and delicious weight loss!
The other day, one of the subscribers shared with me a recipe for curd cheese that she made herself.
And she and I decided that you should definitely see and try such a simple recipe - all of a sudden, who has not tried it yet.
Or maybe someone has been cooking this way for a long time and have their own favorite additions and seasonings - share your secrets😉
This makes a wonderful curd spread on our favorite whole grain bread.
Healthy, tasty and always different - it all depends on your taste!
✅For "curd cheese" I used the following products:
- cottage cheese 9% - 115 g (I just have so much cottage cheese left in an open box),
- sour cream 10% - 30 g,
- dry garlic - 1/2 teaspoon,
- some fresh dill. You can use your favorite seasonings - Provencal herbs, Greek herbs, Italian herbs and so on.
Cooking.
I immediately used a blender with a bowl. I put cottage cheese, sour cream in a blender bowl and beat well.
Next, add spices - salt, garlic, herbs (I finely chopped the dill in advance) and mix well again with a blender.
That's all there is to it.
Next, put the "curd cheese" in a container and let the curd brew in the refrigerator, soak well with spices.
I tasted it right away, checked to see if I needed salt. The taste was not very intense, but it was already quite pleasant.
But after a night in the fridge - delicious sandwiches with healthy curd spread were waiting for me!
I want to leave here a screen of a comment in which Mila shared her recipe with us:
KBZHU "curd cheese" according to my products per 100 g: K - 141, B - 12.88, F - 8.76, U - 2.8.
