Chicken and cheese - just essential products for losing weight - so let's make ourselves delicious!
We need:
- 3 medium chicken breast fillet - 500 g,
- 150g usual cottage cheese (I have 9%, buying in bulk)
- 50 g of natural yoghurt or sour cream 10% (I used yogurt)
- spices: black pepper, salt, paprika, dried garlic, seasoning 'grass Greece "or other favorite seasoning with herbs, turmeric.
Preparation.
Chicken breast good wash and chop into minced meat. You can use a ready-minced chicken. The minced add salt, black pepper, turmeric, dry garlic.
Cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream (or yogurt). Add the spices to taste - salt, black pepper, herbs, dried garlic.
Take a tray and was covered with a silicone mat it (I always use a silicone mat, if you do not have, can be covered with foil).

Boats fill stuffed with cottage cheese and wet hands form a neat shape, lifting slightly up bumpers.
