Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. pork
  • 2 onions
  • 300 gr. champignons
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 100 g cheese
  • 50 gr. butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Wash the pork, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces.

2. Fry pork in vegetable oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. You can use raw meat, it will cook in a pot and will taste like a stew.

3. Peel and chop the onions.

4. Cut the champignons into slices or strips. Stew mushrooms and onions in butter. For at least 10 minutes, the onion should become translucent.

5. Grate hard cheese.

6. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into pieces.

It is not necessary to boil, you can lightly fry the potatoes or put raw tubers in the pot right away.

7. Put potatoes, meat in pots, 1 tbsp each. l. mayonnaise, mushrooms with onions pour 5-8 tbsp. l. water. There is enough food for 4 pots.

8. Cover the pots with lids and place in a cold oven. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees.

Cook meat in pots with ready-made potatoes for at least 40 minutes in a preheated oven.

Then remove the caps, sprinkle with cheese (optional step) and cook for another 10 minutes.
