The idea to bake cookies for tea was born spontaneously, I wanted something chocolate. I baked cookies literally on the go while preparing lunch.
And it turned out so delicious that I can't just leave the recipe a secret. And all thanks to two simple ingredients.
To prepare the dough, you need soft butter at room temperature. Add sugar to it and grind well with butter, you should get a smooth, homogeneous mass. Then add two eggs one at a time and stir well too.
Now is the time to add the very ingredients that will make the cookie unique, namely the zest of one orange and salt. One generous pinch of salt should be added. It is this combination of cocoa, orange and salt that makes these cookies so special.
It remains to add the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa and baking powder. The dough is soft and sticky, as it should be. Now, with the help of a spoon, he puts the dough on a baking sheet, give it the desired shape and send it to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

- Butter 200 grams
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Sugar 130 grams
- Baking powder 7 grams
- Cocoa 60 grams
- Flour 270 grams
- Zest of one orange
- A pinch of salt
