A healthy breakfast is the head of everything! Because (as a rule) the morning recharge determines how the whole day will turn out.
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin - 1x10 cm slice (vitamin A, fiber)
2. Walnut - 10 pcs (useful oils, natural iodine)
3. Raisins - a handful (without it) as a sweetener
4. Pumpkin juice or water - 1 glass (high quality)
Preparation
In the evening, soak raisins and nuts in water. Nuts and seeds should always be soaked in water so that they "wake up" and various unhealthy things (phytic acid, etc.) go away from them. Some of them have to spend several hours in water (for example, flax seeds for 8 hours) or days (in general, walnuts are soaked for about 6 days, but at least this way).
In the morning, we chop the nuts with a nutcracker (to save morning time, you can buy ready-made peeled or chop them yourself in the evening, but iodine quickly evaporates from them). We take out the core, immerse it in a blender container, add the pumpkin pulp (peeled and cut into pieces), fill it with warm water or juice.
Mix with a blender for about a minute, transfer to a cup and the cleansing breakfast is ready. Bon appetit, dear friends!
