So today I just want to tell you about my day yesterday - I eat and do in order to lose weight.
I must say that the menu is not very rich in the day)
Waking up at 6 am, I decided to stand on the scales. Libra showed me a figure of 101.5 kg. (Remember that losing weight I have to 132kg). I hope my goal (intermediate course) - 100 kg for the New Year will be achieved)!
After drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach, I made myself a breakfast here:
My favorite sandwich with whole grain bread, avocado and red salted fish 2 eggs, omega 3 capsule. And the big green mug of tea of course!) I have breakfast at 8 o'clock.
Then I took small household chores - that way, too, burns calories!
11 hours a day, I usually have a snack of fruit. At this time - it was a persimmon. But still I let a piece of bitter chocolate 75% with another cup of green tea.
At the dinner was soup - ala pickle on chicken breast with lentils, potatoes and pickled cucumber. Dinner about 13 hours.
By the way about a lot of soups enough controversy among supporters of proper nutrition - whether the place to be soup or do not have)
I decided for myself - the soup to be in my menu!
In between work (working at home), I paid just 20 minutes a small warm-up (mahi legs apart, shook the press, did squats). Such razminochku try to do in a day.
Dinner at me in 17 hours: there were vegetables - tomato and half a bell pepper with grilled chicken breast.
