Ingredients:
- zucchini - 300 g
- pasta - 250 g
- ham 200 g
- cheese - 100 g
- egg yolk - 2 pcs.
- cream 10% - 50 ml
- butter - 30 g
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's boil the pasta. Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. When the water boils, salt it with about half a tablespoon of salt. Pour 250 g of pasta here. Mix everything and cook until cooked for about 7 minutes.
2. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Cut 200 g of ham into slices, and then cut the slices into cubes.
3. We also first cut the zucchini into circles, and then into cubes. You will need about 300 g of zucchini. I have a young zucchini, I did not cut the skin.
4. Put 30 g of butter in a preheated pan and add the prepared ham. Fry the ham over medium heat until beautiful golden barrels.
5. Add chopped zucchini to this. Fry for about 4-5 minutes more.
6. The pasta is already cooked. We discard them in a colander.
Add the finished pasta to the pan to the ham and zucchini.
We mix everything.
7. Cooking the sauce.
Three 100 g of cheese on a coarse grater.
Divide 2 eggs into white and yolk. We don't need proteins.
8. Pour about 50 ml of cream with 10% fat into the yolks. Salt to taste and pepper with black pepper. We mix everything.
9. Add half of the prepared cheese to this and mix.
10. Pour the finished sauce over the pasta. Mix everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
We serve the finished dish hot.
