Pizza on crispy manna dough

There are many ways and options to make delicious pizza dough. It is mostly yeast or unleavened, yeast-free. Sometimes kefir is found on mineral water and even on beer.

But with semolina, rarely does anyone knead the dough for pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. flour
  • 3 tbsp. l. semolina
  • 0.5 tsp l. salt
  • 1 hour l. Sahara
  • 1 hour l. dry fast yeast
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 150 ml warm water

How to cook:

1. According to the recipe, you need a little flour, but you still need to sift it. Then mix with semolina, salt and sugar.

2. Pour yeast into dry flour mixture, mix. Then pour in warm water and vegetable oil at room temperature.

3. Start kneading the dough first with a fork, then with your hands.

4. Collect the resulting workpiece in a lump, put in a bowl or saucepan, cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place for about 1 hour.

5. After kneading the dough and you can start making pizza. It rolls out beautifully. This amount of ingredients will make one large pizza with a base 0.5 cm thick.

After baking, the dough will crunch very tasty.

You can roll it even thinner if you really want to make it on a thin dough.

This pizza is baked for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
