Ingredients:

0.5 kg squid rings (can be frozen, or cut and cut yourself)
0.5 cups vegetable oil (ideally corn oil)
4 eggs
2 tbsp. l. water
1 hour l. seasonings for seafood
corn or wheat flour
bread crumbs
ground paprika for serving
salt to taste (if it is not included in the seasoning)

How to cook:

1. For cooking, you need a peeled squid. In the weighing department of supermarkets there are ready-made peeled sliced ​​squid rings. They are frozen, you do not need to defrost them, you can immediately start cooking.

If your seafood is not prepared, then you will have to spend a little time cleaning and cutting squid.

2. Beat the eggs with water, seasoning and a pinch of salt for a lezon, if necessary.

3. Pour in one bowl about half a glass of flour, in the other breadcrumbs slightly diluted with flour.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, it should smoke a little, then immediately reduce the heat.

5. Breaded squid in flour, dip in ice cream and breadcrumbs.

6. Put the blanks in oil and fry until crusty on both sides.

7. Use a slotted spoon to get ready-made seafood and immediately onto spread paper towels to absorb excess oil.

8. Sprinkle with paprika when serving.
