Everyone who tried my fish soup asked me for a recipe. I share it with you - these are the most delicious cabbage soup, I cook them from mackerel. It turns out very tasty, rich, just delicious!

Ingredients:

mackerel
canned fish
cabbage
onion
carrot
tomato or tomato paste
potato
salt, spices
greens
butter

Preparation

We take 2 mackerels. We defrost the fish, gut it, cut it into fillets.

Cook the mackerel until tender (20 minutes) in salted water. Then we put it on a plate. Add to the cabbage soup at the very end. We've got a fish broth - the base.

Now add 2-3 potatoes to the broth, cut into cubes or cubes - whoever likes it, 200-250 grams of chopped cabbage. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

At this time, in vegetable oil, fry one onion, one carrot, grated on a coarse grater. We also add canned fish (mackerel) to this. We remove the bones first. We also add juice to the pan.

Now add one tablespoon of tomato paste or one ripe tomato, finely diced. Salt, spices to taste.

We simmer everything together for 5-7 minutes, then send to the pan. Add the mackerel fillet, which we set aside at the beginning. As it boils - cook for 1-2 minutes and turn it off. We give the cabbage soup for 15-20 minutes and can be served, sprinkled with herbs on top. I like fish cabbage soup without sour cream, my husband, on the contrary, does not eat any cabbage soup without sour cream.
