Asian fresh vegetable salad.
Ingredients: Funchoza, Teriyaki sauce (if homemade, then here is a link to the recipe), Chili pepper, Sweet pepper, Cucumber, Green onion, Garlic, Sesame, Carrot, Cilantro, Sesame oil
Cooking method:
Peel the carrots, divide into equal parts about 4 cm. And cut into small strips.
Peel the cucumber, cut in half, peel the seeds with a teaspoon and cut into small strips.
Cut the sweet pepper so that the walls remain even and cut into small strips.
Cut the chili pepper into a ring.
Garlic, crush with a knife and chop finely.
Chop the green onion into large feathers.
Cut the cilantro together with the stems.
Put everything in a bowl and mix.
Pour funchoza with hot water for three minutes, then rinse under cold water, and cut into smaller pieces (for convenience).
Add funchose to vegetables, mix and season tereyaki.
Place in a serving dish.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry hot frying pan and sprinkle on the finished dish.
Sprinkle sesame oil on top.
