Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (75 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (75 g).

After breakfast I worked a little at the computer, and then we went on business and stopped at the store on the way. I bought chicken breast and a slice of beef. Something today wanted to cook something delicious from beef.

Sometimes you want something like that, smoky, tasty, but at the same time not so harmful with the full periodic table in its composition.

I decided that I would have a snack of tea and cheese (75 g) - 215 kcal.

I am waiting for the comments of experts to determine the weight of products from the photo, recently there are many of them. As soon as they do not determine the calorie content - "huge pieces of cheese" "the size of a plate" - and immediately give out some figure of calories.

And I have a result and how I achieved it, if I do everything wrong, in your opinion, it is not clear.
Everything is fine with me - both with portions, and with calorie content, and with the state of mind. I am full, I am delicious, I have achieved a result that many can only dream of, and now I am slowly but surely improving further.
There is only one thing that depresses me. On a normal vacation, you want to go to the sea, where you don't have to cook and you can walk and choose what to pamper yourself with today, and then swim for a long time or walk along unfamiliar streets.
And you buy a scale, it’s not so expensive, otherwise you will have to determine portions in pieces - you will have to buy a second chair, but it is much more expensive than the scalesπŸ˜‰.

After having a snack, I worked a little at the computer. The husband went to take the TV from the kitchen to the service, we had to wait for his return and everyone could have dinner together. And I cooked green cabbage soup yesterday, so I just had to warm it up.

For a couple of days we are already without a TV in the kitchen, and although everywhere they write and say that you need to eat in silence, without distraction, and only then you won't eat more than you need - all this is rubbish, in my opinion.

It's boring without TV, you sit without news and funny programs about politics.

And if your portion is weighed and everything is laid out on a separate plate, then you will not eat anything superfluous anyway, because you know that what is in the plate is what you eat.

My lunch today is a plate of sorrel cabbage soup (470 g) and 30 g sour cream 15%.

Lunch at 305 kcal.

After lunch, I poured myself green tea with jasmine and took Iranian dates (50 g) - 80 kcal.

To avoid a bunch of comments about the calorie content of Iranian dates, I report that I take data on KBZHU from the package. Maybe the manufacturer indicates them incorrectly, but I will be guided by them, and not by someone else's opinion.

My dinner was prepared yesterday - it's a chicken pie with cabbage and mushrooms. I just warmed it myself (270 g) and ate this tasty treat with 150 g of tomato with pleasure.

Dinner for 285 kcal

And for the family I cooked beef with vegetables in tomato sauce and spaghetti.

I didn’t eat beef stew myself because I had chicken pie and decided that it would be more rational to eat pasta and beef tomorrow for lunch.

In the evening, they brought fruits and vegetables, which I ordered in joint purchases.

Just for fresh raspberries, I left free calories for the evening.

200 g raspberries and 100 g fermented baked milk - 160 kcal.

As a result, the day went to 1425 kcal.

B - 109, F -59, U - 106. I don't forget to drink water.
