It seems to me that everyone should have had their fill while sitting at home. How do you think? If a couple of weeks ago we only did that we ran to the refrigerator, now the food is not happy either.

After all the diets that I began to get involved in already in high school (I was always full), I succeeded, attention, dial 132 kg! Diets help you lose weight, but their results are short-lived, if not change your attitude towards food, do not change your lifestyle.

Returning after the diet to the usual diet - we return everything that we threw off with such difficulty, and if there was also a breakdown, then you can eat even more than it was before the diet.

Within two years, I managed to lose an extra 60 kg. I didn't have any breakdowns, I allowed myself tasty treats, celebrated, like everyone else, the holidays.

Over time, the attitude towards oneself, the attitude towards food has changed.

Just by controlling your food, counting its calorie content and consuming food a little less than the body needs, you can slowly but surely lose weight. And most importantly, without the huge harm to health, which is inevitable on rigid diets, since the body does not receive many of the nutrients it needs, useful substances.

Moving on to the Saturday menu.

Breakfast - favorite tea sandwiches - 430 kcal.

Whole grain homemade bread (85 g, today the eye gauge did not work and cut it a little thicker, but that's okay) plus curd cheese (25 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (75 g).

And I baked the bread and the fish was salted by me.

Once, I was surprised by the comment - "why do I call homemade bread, did I bake it myself?" Again, they probably think that I am deceiving the people, I myself take diet pills, I do stomach operations. And in general, the photo before is me now, but the photo after is me in my youth. So I also buy bread in the store, but I call it homemade. I am a terrible man, such a liar!

I had a snack with nuts - 30 g of peanuts - 165 kcal. But I didn't take a photo, I was in a hurry, but I didn't understand where I didn’t understand.

And to go and take a photo for the report is too lazy! Yes, I'm lazy too, what did you think? Who doesn't like to sit and lie down, hang on the phone or watch TV or just do nothing, dreaming of how to go for a walk to the park after everything is over?

They asked mine to wind shawarma for lunch. Well, we love shawarma ourselves😂, we'll wind it up! I had to tear myself away from my favorite chair, in which, by the way, I was sitting and talking with you in the comments to yesterday's article, and not just so lazy😉.

After yesterday's dinner, there was a chicken breast fried on an electric grill, so I'll put it into shawarma. How I like the electric grill, only it turns out such a delicate and juicy chicken breast without any marinades. At the same time, the breast is ready in just 5 minutes, no oil - salt and favorite spices. Still, he would take up less space and he didn’t have to constantly get it out and carry it back and forth (I don’t like it when everything is forced in the kitchen).

Shawarma went out for lunch 380 kcal.

I added grilled breast, lots of tomatoes, pickled cucumber, Korean carrots, lettuce. Lavash smeared with soft cottage cheese and mustard.

After lunch I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

For dinner I made myself a curd casserole with canned peaches - 370 kcal.

I used 150 g of cottage cheese 5%, 1 chicken egg and 100 g of canned peaches (half of the peaches were mixed with cottage cheese, and half was put on the bottom of the mold). She did not add flour. The casserole turned out to be thin, but so tasty.

It turned out 1455 kcal per day.

After yesterday evening, when I allowed myself semi-sweet, I actively drink water.

Why are cats so bad? Mine does not put me in anything, I am her servant. And in the hands with a creak is given. But as soon as her husband beckons her, she is right there, and lies dumbfounded in her arms!
