The liver can be cooked very tasty. Tender liver in tomato sauce goes well with pasta, potatoes or rice.

Recipe Stewed liver for dinner

Ingredients:

● Chicken liver - 1 kg 
● Starch - 1 tbsp. l.
● Garlic - 4-5 tooth.
● Salt to taste 
● Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
● Soy sauce - 7 Art. l.
● Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
● Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
● Water - 100 ml.

Preparation:

Cut the liver into small cubes (about 3 cm, if you use chicken - can cook entirely). Season with salt if desired (remember that soy sauce is already salt), add starch and vegetable oil. Crush the garlic, add it to the marinade and mix well. Leave about half an hour. Fry the liver from all sides.

Can you fry it and sliced ​​onion rings - the dish becomes even tastier.

Pour into a thick-walled pan or saucepan soy sauce, add tomato paste and honey, sprinkle spices and pour hot water. Warm up, stirring continuously, until complete dissolution of honey. Pour liver sauce and simmer under the lid for 8-10 minutes.
