✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
✅👌Liver is not meat or fish, it is an offal! And there are those who love the liver, and there are those who cannot stand it.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious liver dish, when you need to feed the whole family quickly, satisfyingly and inexpensively.
✨Liver cooked in this way turns out to be the most tender, juicy and aromatic.
✨I don't like to bother with a food processor or a meat grinder, and then for a long time to wash the remains of the liver from numerous details. Therefore, this method of cooking is always a priority for me.
✨To prepare such a dish, you can take pork, beef, chicken or turkey liver.
📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙
Chicken liver - 500 g
Onions - 1 medium head
Sour cream (heavy cream) - 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley, cilantro - 1 bunch
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour (wheat, oatmeal, rice - to choose from) - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Dried garlic - 1 tsp l.
Hops-suneli - 1 tsp l.
Salt, black pepper
Sunflower oil - for frying
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
We wash the liver, clean it from fat and films. Then blot with paper napkins and cut into small pieces.
Transfer the chopped liver to a deep bowl. Add finely chopped onions and a bunch of your favorite greens there. You can take only parsley or only cilantro, if you wish, you can add a little dill to the fragrant "bouquet".
Then we drive in eggs, add sour cream (or pour in heavy cream), add salt and spices.
Mix everything well and add flour. First, I put 3 spoons, and then I look at the consistency of the "dough" to see if I need to add more. And you can add absolutely any flour, I once tried to add oatmeal, and now I add only it, it turns out very tasty.
Once again, mix the liver very well with the other ingredients and set the pan to preheat.
Pour a little oil into it - so much so that it only covers the bottom. When the oil is hot enough, use a tablespoon to spread the liver dough in the form of small rounded cutlets. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
When a crispy crust forms, gently turn the patties over to the other side and continue cooking for a couple of minutes, also covering with a lid.
Serve the liver warm, with sour cream (yogurt) sauce, vegetables or pickles. Mashed potatoes or rice are perfect for garnish.
