Nowadays, it seems to me, already all educated people who are at least a little interested in the topic of losing weight know that in order to lose weight, it is necessary to reduce the calorie content of the diet, create a calorie deficit.

By reducing the calorie content of the diet, we are losing weight. But thanks to the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, our food will be hearty and saturated with all the necessary nutrients.

It is not at all difficult to count KBZhU, especially with the help of an application on your phone, it simplifies counting and saves you time.

The advantage of calorie counting is that there are no absolute prohibitions: you can eat everything, but within the limits of your daily calorie intake, observing the BJU.

Today I decided to have breakfast with boiled eggs and a sandwich (40 g of bread) with butter (10 g) and pollock roe (40 g).

My lunch today is 400 grams of lazy cabbage rolls. Such a large portion turned out to be only 290 kcal.

And after lunch I drank tea with 4 toffee (20g) - 85 kcal.

I am often asked how the family eats - this is how it eats, what I cook, and now I cook almost only according to my own recipes. Gradually, everyone gets used to the new dishes. And I see what I like the most - and I cook more often. And sometimes, when there is time, I indulge in some dishes that are not at all suitable for "near-food nutrition". There would be a desire and it is possible to gradually introduce the most demanding family members to the dishes and not prepare a separate menu for each.

In the evening, for dinner, I prepared pita bread envelopes (80 g) with filling, portion: egg (90 g), green onions and 50 g of cheese. Dinner for 550 kcal.

I wanted to chew something in the evening, so I took myself 200 g of a cucumber - 30 kcal and ate it slowly.

The final calorie content of my day was 1520 kcal. B - 100, F - 58, U - 145.

Even today I made cottage cheese buns with cinnamon and apple and tried a piece of the bun - I have to evaluate what happened to me.

As you can see, eating regular food, without any absolute prohibitions, you can safely lose weight and maintain weight. We try to reduce the calorie content of dishes, cook with a minimum amount of oil, replacing very high-calorie foods for less high-calorie, and gradually change our high-calorie diet to less high-calorie, but no less delicious.
