Chicken breast 
Cheese 
Eggs 
Tomatoes 
Breadcrumbs
Salt

Preparation

We take chicken breast (fillet 2 pcs), cut lengthwise into two parts and beat off. Salt to taste.

Beat two eggs with a fork or whisk until smooth. In another bowl, mix 1/3 cup of bread crumbs, 50 grams of finely grated cheese and spices (whatever you like).

Now we take the fillet and roll it first in an egg, then in a mixture of crackers and cheese. We spread it on a baking sheet covered with paper. We put in the oven for 15 minutes, the temperature is about 180 degrees.

While the chicken is cooking, grate some more cheese, about 100 gr. Also grind 3 tomatoes with a blender. Can be chopped very finely with a knife if no blender is available.

We take out the fillet from the oven, turn it over, put the chopped tomatoes on the meat, sprinkle it with cheese on top and put it in the oven again for 10-15 minutes.
