Usually in my articles I talk about one of the most comfortable ways to lose weight - counting calories and their deficit. This is the way:

  • in which weight is slowly lost, but there is a gradual change in eating habits and attitudes towards food.
  • in which the food is tasty, satisfying.
  • in which there are no absolute prohibitions and hunger.

But today I am, to put it mildly, shocked by the fact that such a huge number of people are still in the last century. And what's more, they give advice that can lead to huge problems if followed.

I had a chance to look through the video in the well-known social network and I came across a page of a slimming woman. Her excess weight is huge and she, smart, adheres to a small calorie deficit, eats normally and is slowly losing weight.

But as always, there are those who know everything better than anyone else and like to give advice. From the category - you will never lose weight like that, you need: and here that just did not advise. One of the tips: eat 2 eggs, vegetables and a couple of steamed chicken cutlets before 3 pm, and then drink water and kefir. I don’t want to list the rest, otherwise there will be those who will take it seriously.

But the very fact that out of 10 comments, about half of them are like that👆 - it's terrible. Really so many people still do not understand the absurdity of hungry diets, do not their mistakes say anything?

When I first started losing weight on a calorie deficit (about 3 years ago), as much information as now - there weren't, so many girls talking about their successful experience on a calorie deficit - not It was.

But now there is a sea of ​​information, a sea of ​​examples.

But no, we still want to hit the wall and advise everyone. Apparently, she likes to get fat, and then go hungry and wait for the diet to end in order to eat her favorite sweets and get fat again.

When I woke up early on Monday morning, I didn't want to realize that my vacation was over. You know, it seems to me that it is even harder to make myself work at home after a vacation than in an office.

So I delayed the beginning of the working day as best I could. I decided to experiment with hot sandwiches - I haven't eaten them for a long time.

The sandwiches turned out to be delicious, very satisfying and only 420 kcal.

I used whole grain bread (60g), ham (50g), cheese (30g) pickled cucumber and half a tomato. I cooked in the microwave, but I want to try it in the oven when I cook for everyone. I will compare which option I like more and tell you. It tastes like pizza, but I want to improve it.

Today I have a watermelon as a snack, we slowly eat up the other half and that's it, the watermelons we brought from the rest are over. And it's good, because I already want a melon or some kind of fruit.

This afternoon I quietly ate 800 g of watermelon - 200 kcal.

And yes, again I did not feel like eating at all after so much watermelon, as predicted recently in the comments. Apparently, you really need to contact specialists for those who have hunger bells after such an amount of carbohydrates.

For lunch, there was a chicken breast stewed in a creamy cheese sauce from yesterday. And as a side dish, I wanted pasta.

150 g boiled pasta, 200 g (weight with sauce) chicken breast and 130 g cucumber - 525 kcal

A terrible dream of all those who are on hungry diets: pasta and weight loss are incompatible, as many believe. How many of them, those who refuse pasta, potatoes, bananas, grapes and many products, because someone once said that they are on a "no-no" diet!

And how often these people break off the diet and gorge on even more excess weight, but do not learn from their mistakes. But what can we say - she herself was.

Until you try something new for yourself, you will never understand how effective it is, and without trying it you will sit in captivity of stereotypes and, at best, walk in circles: either eating weight, then dropping it by starving for another diet. And at worst - just drop your hands.

But everything is simple - we eat everything, but within the limits of our norm and with weight, everything is fine.

And today, one more shock for the lover to forbid himself to do something because they are on a diet!

Dinner: 200 g boiled potatoes, 100 g of lightly salted herring and 150 g of cucumber.

Dinner for 400 kcal.

The result of the day is 1550 kcal. B - 103, F - 55, U - 160. The overload with carbohydrates turned out due to the watermelon and the fat is not enough, but I will fix it - the watermelons are over.
