I tried an appetizing salad in a cafe, which always ended first, and repeated it at home in a light version.

On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight and maintaining weight by counting calories, as well as recipes for dishes with KBZHU and a menu for the day.

I will leave information about losing weight on a calorie deficit for those who do not yet know that you can lose weight satisfying, tasty food within the limits of its calorie content, and continues to go on hungry diets, breaking down and walking on circle.

The salad, the recipe of which I want to share with you, I tried on vacation and we liked it so much that I decided to include it in my diet, after all, slightly changing the ingredients to reduce calories.

This salad was very popular in cafes and was always the first to figure it out: no wonder its name "appetizing".

Preparing a salad is very simple: you do not need to boil and prepare food in advance.

Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized wedges. The tomato should feel good, so you don't need to chop it finely, as we usually chop it into a salad.

We also cut the smoked chicken breast into larger pieces.

Three cheese on a coarse grater. The original recipe uses smoked cheese (like chechila), but I decided to replace it with regular cheese.

Chop the onion in half rings, chop the garlic - I added these ingredients from myself.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Season the salad before serving, adding salt and pepper to taste.

I dress my salad with Greek yogurt. In the original, the salad is dressed with mayonnaise, but with buckwheat and yogurt, the taste is no worse.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes 3 pcs - 500 g,
  • small smoked chicken breast - 375g,
  • cheese - 100 g
  • 1 small red onion - 70 g
  • a clove of garlic, pepper, salt,
  • natural yoghurt.

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 131, B - 8, F - 9, U - 3.
