An uncommon snack made from ordinary tomatoes. Moreover, you can take any tomatoes (even green ones). It turns out perfect. And for meat, and for fish, and for any side dish, and for the autumn barbecue. And it prepares for one-two-three.

HOW TO COOK:

I wash the tomatoes well and cut them into convenient pieces. I cut a little larger than for a regular salad. Bell pepper. Not too shallow either.

And hot pepper rings. I definitely add at least one pod here. But, of course, if you suddenly do not eat hot peppers, then hot peppers can be excluded. You can, by the way, add a little dry hot pepper, if the fresh one is suddenly not at hand.

In a saucepan, I heat up a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and add spices (I have paprika, black ground pepper and suneli hops). Spices, of course, can be taken to your liking. But hops-suneli highly recommend adding here!

Now the bow. I cut it into half rings. I take 350-400 g of onion per kilogram of tomatoes. Do not reduce the amount of onion. He "makes" this salad!

I spread the onion to butter with spices and fry for a couple of minutes. Then I salt, add a little sugar and, stirring, fry for another 3-4 minutes over high heat.

In a bowl I combine tomatoes, peppers, coarsely chopped garlic and fresh herbs. You can also take any greens. But for this appetizer, I usually take cilantro. It gives an amazing taste and aroma!

I put hot onions in a bowl with vegetables and herbs. Salt. You need a little more salt than for a regular salad. You can use soy sauce instead of salt, if you like. It remains to add apple cider vinegar and mix. Vinegar can be taken at any 6%. I must say right away that I use vinegar here. Lemon juice doesn't taste the way you want it.

I mix it all well. And put it in the refrigerator. In order for the salad to infuse properly, it is better to leave it in the refrigerator for at least a day. But after 6-7 hours you can try it. This is already very tasty!

I usually put this salad in small jars - it's more convenient to store and use this way. In the refrigerator, such a salad can be stored for a month or two. But... you have to try hard. We no longer have it in 2-3 days. Try it. Highly recommend! Sweet-sour-salty-spicy. And very aromatic and tasty!
