COOKING METHOD
And so here everything is just pouring a glass of semolina into a bowl by weight, I have 150 grams, add a glass of yogurt or fermented baked milk that is, I have 200 ml. Stir, if desired, let the semolina stand to swell, add sugar 100g, break 2 eggs, add a little salt, mix, pour in 100g of melted butter again mix.
Now add a glass of flour by weight 120 grams, add 1 tsp. loosen, add powdered sugar if desired.
mix the dough ready.
We take a silicone mold or dishes in which you can bake in a microwave oven, I have a mold with a diameter of 2 cm, grease with oil, pour the dough and level.
We put in the microwave, set the power to 800 watts, time 9 minutes and cook. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.
Remove from the mold, add powdered sugar to 250 grams of sour cream to taste, add 1-2 tablespoons, and mix.
If desired, we cut the cake into 2 parts, you do not need to cut it. coat with sour cream and grease the top and sides. You can simply pour over with chocolate icing or condensed milk.
I sprinkled cocoa powder on top and sprinkled with almond petals.
Done, you can immediately cut into portions, pour the tea and start tasting. Soft, tasty, juicy.
