The most successful and simple recipe, very delicate, thin pancakes in the hole.

If you have no eggs - it does not matter, today we will prepare pancakes without eggs on kefir.

Custard pancakes to yogurt obtained tasty and flexible, and a variety of fillings make them even tastier.

Ingredients

400 ml yogurt
0.5.ch. spoons salt
0.5 hours. spoons soda
1 - 2 tbsp. spoons Sahara
250 grams wheat flour (about 2 cups)
220 ml boiling water
2 tbsp. spoons olive oil (vegetable oil)

Cooking method

In 400 ml of yogurt add Β½ hours. baking soda (baking soda should not be put out separately)

2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, but the sugar can be taken at your request, if you do not like sweet pancakes, it will be enough 1 tbsp. spoons

1/2 h. spoons of salt

all mix

Add 250 grams of flour (about 2 cups incomplete)

And knead the dough. At this stage, the dough becomes quite thick, so no big deal if they are small lumps, they are quite easy to go out, when we add the boiling water.

Stir and add 220 ml of boiling water, thereby brew dough.

Now everything is thoroughly mixed, until a homogeneous dough, trying to avoid lumps.

Add 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Mixed and the dough is ready.

The dough turns liquid and easy to fill the pan.

Baking the first pancake, I greased the pan is literally a drop of vegetable oil, then I am nothing more than a frying pan will not be lubricated.

Fry pancakes on hot skillet. Pour a little test, and distribute it throughout the pan.
