Salad with crab sticks and bell peppers is very simple and quick to prepare. The products do not require heat treatment, which is a big plus. They completely retain their natural taste and all the beneficial properties. The salad is formed in layers in a certain sequence, and after decoration it looks very bright. This dish will decorate any table. The main components are crab sticks and bell peppers, and it is they who give it the main taste.
Ingredients:
- Crab sticks - 240 gr.
- Bell pepper (red) - 1 pc.
- Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- Bulb onions - 1 pc.
- Canned corn - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese - 100 gr.
- Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
- Croutons - 30 gr.
- Salt to taste
Prepare all ingredients as listed.
Remove the husk from the onion. Cut the vegetable into small cubes. Place on a plate in the first layer. Strongly sharp onions can be doused with boiling water, squeezed well.
Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, make stripes of mayonnaise.
Cut the crab sticks into large circles, put on the onion. Top with mayonnaise.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes, put on a layer of crab sticks.
Squeeze the corn from the marinade. Sprinkle it over the cucumbers. Save a handful of corn for the top layer. Make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Chop the cheese on a grater. Sprinkle all layers of lettuce with the resulting shavings, forming a semicircle.
Place a slice of corn on top. Make beautiful mayonnaise ribbons on the sides of the salad.
Pepper the seeds, cut into long strips, and decorate the dish with them.
Place croutons on top of the corn. You can buy them or cook yourself.
Let the salad soak and cool for 30-40 minutes.
After a while, it will be ready to be served on the festive table.
