I came across one interesting recipe for cooking chicken fillet in the Instagram feed: fast, tasty, healthy and not expensive, and most importantly, you need to do a minimum of manipulations to feed the whole family.
So let's start with tomatoes. Summer is already very soon summer and it is fashionable to find tolerable tomatoes. They need to be cut randomly, I cut them into slices. You will need about 3-4 pieces of medium size.
Put the chopped tomatoes into a baking dish, and put chicken breast fillets in the cent, half will be enough. Sprinkle everything on top with salt and spices. You can use Provencal herbs, dried garlic or paprika, there is already a huge field for imagination. Be sure to add a little vegetable oil on top.
Now we send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 20 degrees for 30 minutes. For the first 20 minutes, I cover the tin with foil, and for the remaining 10 minutes I bake without it.
When the meat is ready, it remains only to disassemble it into fibers using forks and mix in tomatoes. This is delicious, but you definitely need a side dish.
Absolutely any will do, I have buckwheat today. I boiled it while the meat was baked in the oven. You can boil spaghetti, bulgur or rice.
I send the finished garnish to the same form where the breast with tomatoes was baked and mix well. The final touch is parsley.
