It often happens that there is absolutely no time to prepare a full meal. And if everyone has different tastes, then it will need twice as much. But you can cook dinner in just 1.5 hours - and everyone will be happy.
Prepare the meat. I have beef today. Salt, pepper, favorite spices, some oil and bay leaves. I wrap it in foil and leave it on the table for 20 minutes.
For a side dish, I will have stewed cabbage and buckwheat porridge. Plus I will cook soup with lentils and smoked meats and soup with chicken and bulgur. I will use pots.
The first pot is with cabbage. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, add finely chopped onion and grated carrots. I knead it with my hands a little so that the cabbage becomes soft and let the juice flow. I also add salt, pepper, a little vegetable oil and tomato paste to this. I mix and put in a pot. Above is a bay leaf. You can add pieces of meat to the cabbage - it will be even tastier.
I put the washed buckwheat in a second pot (a little less than half), salt and add a piece of butter. Now the soup. At the bottom are pieces of smoked chicken, chopped potatoes, onions, carrots, lentils, pepper, salt and bay leaves. And one more pot of soup. Pieces of chicken (or chicken fillet), potatoes, dry chopped onions (my little one does not like onions, so you have to "mask"), carrots, salt, bulgur (you can add any other cereals) and dried tomatoes. I pour boiling water over the pots.
Now I put all this in the oven (but today I cook in an airfryer). I set the temperature to 180 ˚C and the time to 1 hour. In a conventional oven, it usually takes a little longer. Be guided by your oven and pot size. Usually 80-90 minutes is sufficient.
After half an hour I take out a pot of buckwheat. I leave the rest of the dishes in the oven.
In an hour, everything is ready for me)) For more details on what happened, see the video above. Everything is very tasty, satisfying, but at the same time, without excess fat.
