On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight, recipes and menus for the day.
Thanks to calorie counting, you can eat normally, eat your favorite foods, and lose weight at the same time!
For reference, I will leave a brief information:
Usually, I try to use less high-calorie foods and not overload the dish. But this time I wanted to cook the liver the way my soul asks. And considering KBZHU, I was pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver tray - 450 g,
- 25 g dried mushrooms or 200-250 g fresh,
- 2 medium onions - 155 g
- 100 ml cream 10%,
- 60 g cottage cheese cream cheese,
- salt, garlic, black pepper, nutmeg,
- a drop of olive oil (no more than 5 g).
Cooking.
Fry the onion in a drop of oil - the onion should begin to turn golden.
Add mushrooms to the onion (I have dried ones, which I soaked in advance).
Fry onions with mushrooms until half cooked.
Fill with cream, add curd cheese, spices and mix well so that the cheese dissolves in the cream.
Add the chicken liver and simmer in the sauce until tender.
It took me about 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Do not let the sauce boil so it does not stratify and stir occasionally.
KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish according to my products: K - 125, B - 12.2, F - 7, U - 3.8.
