Budget offers recipes are simple and delicious cake with carrots. Carrot cake is incredibly delicate, soft, airy, porous, and with all that is not dry. Ingredients:
Raw carrots 250g
Eggs 4 pcs
sugar 200g
Vegetable oil 170ml
baking powder 10g
250g flour
pinch of salt
Butter 20g
1st.l orange peel (optional)

Take a raw carrot, cut into pieces, grind in a blender or rub on a small grater.

Take the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and grated carrots. Connect all the right ingredients in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Weight slightly increased in volume and become lighter.

Dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl connect, and then to sift through a carrot-egg mixture. Mix with a mixer until smooth, so there was no lumps of flour. The dough should be of medium thickness and a well translate into shape. At the request of the dough, you can add orange zest 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, grease the bottom and rim butter. Pour batter into the mold and to submit in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven. Willingness to check the wooden skewer. Skewer dry - cake is ready! Baking dish 24 cm.
