ham -100g

champignon mushrooms -2-3pcs

mozzarella cheese for pizza -150g (or other hard cheese)

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. Pour 250 ml of kefir at room temperature into a bowl, break 1 egg, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp sugar. We mix everything.
