Delicious cheese balls! The top is slightly crispy, the middle is airy and tender - it is impossible to tear yourself away from this yummy! We love them hot the most, but they are delicious when cold! Be sure to try it, your family will be delighted.

Ingredients:

cheese
flour
eggs
water
butter
salt
spice
* greens on request

Let's make cheese dough for our balls. Pour half a glass of water into a saucepan or saucepan and put on the stove, add 50 grams of butter and heat until the butter melts.

Then add some salt to taste and, without removing the saucepan from the stove, add flour - about 70 gr. Stir the mass with quick, vigorous movements until smooth and only then remove from the stove. Leave for a short time to cool the mass.

Now put 2 eggs and stir again until smooth. It is best to do this with a mixer, because the dough does not mix well with a spoon or whisk, and there will be lumps.

Then add about 70-80 grams of grated cheese, if you wish, you can put chopped greens into the dough.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and use a pastry bag or just a spoon to spread small pieces of dough at a distance from each other. Sprinkle them with grated cheese on top (you will need 30 grams more) and send them to the oven, preheated to 220 degrees.

After 7-10 minutes, reduce the temperature and set 180 degrees and cook the balls for another 20-25 minutes. That's all, bon appetit, friends!
