Ingredients:
- hard pasta - 500 g
- grated tomatoes (fresh or canned) - 250 ml
- canned tuna - 1 can (185 g)
- garlic - 1 clove
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp l.
- cheese - 30 g
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's boil the pasta. Salt a little boiling water and put half a kilogram of pasta. It is advisable to take pasta from durum wheat. Boil the pasta for about 8 minutes.
2. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic.
Pour some sunflower oil into a hot frying pan. Put chopped garlic here and fry it for no more than 1 minute.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs to the garlic oil. We mix everything.
4. Pour 250 ml of canned or fresh tomatoes, grated on a fine grater.
Boil the sauce until thicker.
5. Add 1 can of canned tuna without liquid.
Mix everything and remove the sauce from the heat.
6. The pasta has already been cooked, we put them in a colander.
7. Serve ready-made hot pasta on a portioned plate and put tomato sauce with tuna on top.
